FilmFestival Cottbus: 5 November – 3 December 2026
Klassiki is proud to partner once again with FilmFestival Cottbus, Germany’s annual celebration of Central and Eastern European film. From 5 November to 3 December, stream a selection of titles from the festival programme.
Oskar Rupenheits crafts a gritty police thriller set in 90s Riga in award-winning Red Code Blue. Bojan Stijović skewers toxic masculinity in the Montenegrin mountains in his prodigal son parable Black Trumpet. And Luca Pereș-Bota and Nikol Urbanová conjure a hazy summer dream in their tender Czech miniature Sisters.
Subscribers can accompany their viewing with video interviews with Bojan Stijović and Oskars Rupenheits, and we’ll be publishing bonus material over on the Klassiki Journal. Don’t miss out!
