Kavtaradzė’s intimate portrait of a relationship pushes past the clichés of cinematic romance, capturing the push-pull of a young relationship. Art imitates love in Tell Me What You Feel (2026), the latest livewire drama from curator-turned-filmmaker Łukasz Ronduda, in which young artists from very different backgrounds embark on an intense relationship of self-discovery. And Hungary’s Rozália Szeleczki brings magical realism to the romcom with Cat Call (2023), a surreal take on the pitfalls of modern dating that sees our heroine falling for her neighbour’s talking pet cat.
