A lucid dream of a short film from emerging directors Luca Pereș-Bota and Nikol Urbanová. Twenty-something Ema (Alžběta Malá) arrives from Prague to spend one final summer’s day in her family’s country home with teenaged sister Mia (Mia Celestina Ševčíková). Shot on gorgeous 16mm, Sisters captures the pull and the pain of nostalgia and the strength of sorority.
